Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He also serves as the Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. He is passionate about educating the future generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces and is an author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three kids.
